About

I've built, scaled, and sold ecommerce businesses under real pressure.

In 2014, I co-founded Modded Euros and grew it into a 300K+ SKU automotive ecommerce operation — managing vendor feeds, fulfillment routing, catalog architecture, and support systems across a sprawling supplier network.

That wasn't a consulting gig. That was my money, my team, my problem. When fulfillment broke, I fixed it. When vendor data was garbage, I built the pipelines to clean it. When the catalog couldn't scale, I rebuilt the taxonomy from scratch.

Turn5 was the last company I worked for before going out on my own. A decade later, they acquired me. I stepped back in and within eight months was running a bigger scope than when I left — producing Finance-tracked outcomes and building the systems that keep the operation scaling.

I've sat on every side of the table — founder, operator, acquirer — and I know what it actually takes to build, fix, and scale an ecommerce operation from the inside.

I don't consult because I needed something to do. I consult because people who've worked with me keep coming back. That pattern is the positioning.

Why it works

Judgment and build.

Most consultants have one or the other. That's the gap I fill.

The judgment side

I've seen what breaks at scale — vendor chaos, catalog debt, fulfillment routing failures, support spirals. I know which problems to fix first because I've been the one paying the cost of getting it wrong.

The build side

I write SQL, build Retool apps, design ETL pipelines, and ship production automations. You don't get a slide deck — you get a working system your team can run without me.

In practice

What that looks like in practice.

Real outcomes from real operations.

Fulfillment operations overhaul

14% → 3%

Vendor cancellation rate cut by more than 75% after rebuilding fulfillment routing logic.

Ops automation build

4 → 0

Manual reporting workflows replaced with automated pipelines. Zero headcount added.

Fulfillment routing implementation

1,000+

Daily orders routed through automated fulfillment logic built in under 3 weeks.

Catalog operations rebuild

21K → 250K+

Active SKUs scaled without adding catalog headcount — clean taxonomy, automated enrichment.

Scope

Where I operate.

I work across the silos that most people avoid.

01

Vendor & Fulfillment Ops

Routing logic, SLAs, cancel rates, vendor onboarding, feed reliability.

02

Engineering & Data

APIs, ETL pipelines, SQL, Retool apps, workflow automation.

03

Catalog & Product Data

Taxonomy design, variant logic, enrichment pipelines, data quality.

04

Support & Post-Purchase

Ticket triage, exception handling, tracking accuracy, feedback loops.

Timeline

The short version.

2010

Started in automotive ecommerce at Turn5 — SEO, early digital ops.

2011

Built a marketing consulting business — acquisition, storefronts, infrastructure.

2014

Co-founded Modded Euros. Built and scaled a 300K+ SKU dropship operation from zero.

2024

Modded Euros acquired by Turn5. Full circle.

Now

Leading drop-ship operations across 1,000+ vendors. Building AI-powered ops tools.

If your ops are breaking, let's talk.

I'll tell you what I see and whether I can help — no pitch, no pressure.
